No matter whether you are in a relationship this Valentine’s or not, you can easily and enjoyably reconnect with your inner feeling of love on this special day. Here’s how.

It is often difficult to include joy in your daily routine. You come home tired after work and the only thing you want is to have dinner and watch TV to get your mind off things. That’s quite alright, for a normal Tuesday, but special days like Valentine’s give an amazing opportunity to change things up a bit. How about making this day all about recharging your inner love battery?

Love, much like faith, is an essential energetic force that gives us hope needed to move forward in life. It is the fuel your energetic body runs on. That’s why when you’re disconnected from love, you may feel hostile and on-defence towards the world – it’s normal to get cranky when you’re in a temporary love drought.

When you are full of love on the inside, it shows – you get a glow that touches everyone you meet with a beautiful, warm light, and leaves them feeling better than they did before seeing you. It is a magnetic force that brings a lot of kindness and joy your way, because you are radiating these same wonderful things towards the world around you.

Unfortunately, if you are disconnected from your inner source of love, you can’t find a substitute for it on the outside. You are closed to giving and receiving this highest-vibrating energy, so even people that care about you a lot – even your partner – can’t break through the shell. That’s why it’s so important to notice when your love battery may be going down, and recharge it right away.

Here’s one way to do it – in honour of Valentine’s day, give yourself permission to do exactly what you enjoy, no limits. Whatever it is that even momentarily can make you feel happy and joyous, be it cooking your favourite food for the whole family, visiting a beautiful park for a moonlit walk, or going out with your husband to a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Do the most enjoyable things you can think of tonight, with zero concern of how much calories it may have or how difficult it may be to organise. All the effort you put into this will pay off in uplifting energy tenfold, so make it a memorable joy fest, spoil yourself rotten! 🙂

Give yourself permission to completely recharge this Valentine’s day, so that you can shine bright the rest of the year!

Enjoy your journey!

Wishing you much love and amazing experiences this Valentine’s day ❤
